INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces dry pasta (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon flour (gluten-free if necessary)
- 2/3 cup plain almond milk
- 2 ounces vegan cream cheese
- 2 slices vegan cheese
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
- Squeeze of lemon or lime juice
- 2 ounces seitan
- Buffalo wing sauce
PREPARATION
- Melt vegan butter in a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of flour into the vegan butter. Brown the flour a little.
- Slowly whisk almond milk into the pot. Add vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese slices.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and a dash of lime juice. Add cooked pasta. Taste to see if you want to add salt or pepper.
- Mix seitan chunks with buffalo wing sauce and add it to the pasta.
