  1. Melt vegan butter in a pot. Add 1 tablespoon of flour into the vegan butter. Brown the flour a little.
  2. Slowly whisk almond milk into the pot. Add vegan cream cheese and vegan cheese slices.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder and a dash of lime juice. Add cooked pasta. Taste to see if you want to add salt or pepper.
  4. Mix seitan chunks with buffalo wing sauce and add it to the pasta.
