He
was emaciated, covered in sores, and had no use of his back legs. He was left to
languish for months on end, often thirsty and famished. They called him Spunky.
When the largest of several masses on his back grew to the size of an orange,
the so-called “rescue” operators at Darlynn’s Darlins spent an hour squeezing
fluids out of and cutting into his back without anesthesia, leaving this
partially-paralyzed pig to scream and struggle to escape. He suffered in
conditions that can only be described as hell on earth.
