Wildlife Aid TV is on Network Television to Help The Animals at Christmas, Snowbird, Crowdrise Challenge for Giving Tuesday, All-Star Tortoise Rescue, Injured badger rescue, Rescued Turleys best friend at Rescue TV this Week!

We've got some good news as well as an extremely cute photo essay further down in this issue, but first let's handle some somber news. Last week our staff  planted a young sapling on Mohan's final resting place to commemorate a full year since his passing. We captured the ceremony in our "Legacy of Mohan" video below, where Mohan's former mahout remembers this elephant we all loved so much — one who continues to inspire us a year after he broke our hearts.
Also in this newsletter, we are formally announcing a new petition that could save thousands of lives. Every year, countless animals, including endangered leopards and bears, perish in India's uncovered water wells. Often these wells lack protective fencing, barriers, or even warning signs. Wildlife, people, and pets who somehow survive the fall are still at risk of death by drowning, starvation, or exposure. Accidents involving these wells seem to be on the rise — we've conducted so many rescues this year! Please sign our petition to get open wells marked and covered. Together we can do this!
Crowdrise Challenge for Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday is November 27! And you can bring in $35,000 for the elephants by helping us win the Crowdrise Holiday Challenge! We're looking for a few good people to join the Wildlife SOS fundraising team. By setting up a fundraiser and reaching out to your personal network of friends and supporters, you'll be making a huge difference for India's wildlife. Signing up is fast and easy — just go to the link below and click "Join the Team."

If that's not your style, you can still help us win $35,0000 simply by making a donation of any size. The Challenge reconizes the number of unique donations, so every donation, large or small, counts equally toward the goal!
Thank you so much for jumping in to make a difference.
All-Star Tortoise Rescue. In just a few weeks we'll start bringing about 60 smuggled star tortoises home to India, where they can live free and protected from poachers — in a national park! Read More
