All I can say is what a week.

Let's just jump right to Tuesday because man oh man is this poor guy (Donald J. Trump) flailing today with his latest weak and sad effort at trying to lie his way through his part if the Russia probe:

  1. I hope people will start to focus on our Massive Tax Cuts for Business (jobs) and the Middle Class (in addition to Democrat corruption)!
  2. ....came to the campaign. Few people knew the young, low level volunteer named George, who has already proven to be a liar. Check the DEMS!
  3. The Fake News is working overtime. As Paul Manaforts lawyer said, there was "no collusion" and events mentioned took place long before he...
Does he not realize that literally the first two counts on both the Paul Manafort and Rick Gates complaints have the dates leading into 2016 and into 2017?

I mean it is the first two counts. What is wrong with this guy? It is in bold letters too. You can not get an easier outline to read and his delusion is what is getting him through the moment. Or not because it is always his words that seem to get him into trouble. They always conflict with what he says and we have to chalk it up to it being, 'Oh that is just him' mentality which is what Bill Maher calls it, 'The Toddler in Chief.' That is how everyone acts around him. They treat him like he is a kid.

And, there is direct collusion to the campaign staffers. That has been proven by the government and someone has already plead guilty for trying to lie his way through the situation.

Even his dumb ass'ed followers should start to see through these latest lies. They are coming off very sad and they are coming off as someone that is very guilty.

Anyway, the irony of Monday's indictment announcement and the actual surrender of the Defendants was not even the biggest deal in my eyes. There was this blockbuster announcement that there was this guy named George Papadopoulos that has not only already plead guilty to the charge of lying to the FBI, it was also nailed down on October 5th (three weeks ago from Monday).

That is astounding.

I also very much believe that because of Donald J. Trump's words, that all this going down the way it did over the last few weeks, was calculated by the FBI head, Robert Mueller.

This sent shock waves around the Trump orbit. I know he was pissed off that day this week. I know that he feels that the walls are closing in on him so to speak, and you can see that in the tweets in the aftermath of Monday.

Which BTW, it was radio silent for about 24 hours after Monday into Tuesday.

At first Trump started Tweeting his line of defense (which is to point blame elsewhere) but then boom, after the Papadopoulos story broke on Monday, Trump's tweets went dead.

Until the ones I posted here which feels like that he thought that he had to say something, meaning anything and so he tries to rehash some odd thing about the Dem's and Hillary (although nothing was said about Hillary on Tuesday so maybe someone got to him saying dude, you sound ridiculous).

And, what Trump said was the absolute talking points with the people in that GOP.

Chris Mathews (Hardball), Joy Ann Reid (AM Joy) and Chris Hayes (All In) totally derailed certain guests they had on for interviews this week. At one point Joy Ann Reid and I think Chris Mathews literally asked if these were the talking points they were given today?

"You're doing the talking points that the RNC wants you to do" Joy (Reid) said at one point on her show last week.

It was great.

But it is indeed sad because that line of defense caters to such a minor percent of this country which are total idiots.

The bottom line is that Trump is so reckless. That gets washed under some table as being part of his antics but he and that Sarah Huckabee Sanders and whomever else lies through their teeth in such obvious ways are reckless. I do not count that Sebastian Gorka guy. He is a freak that I would like to fight if anyone wants to sanction it in a legal way. That guy is just a total asshole. I am not even sure what rock he crawled out of even though that so called rock is really him being up Trump's ass. He speaks for trump and does not care about what is real.

And, people like him are part of Trump's problem today.

Because let us be real about what is happening with regard to the Russian probe. It is a total microcosm of what his entire campaign is all about which is what I have said every week.

It is all smoke an mirrors.
Case in point is that photo opportunity with that George Papadopoulos guy and the rest of the people in that room, including a couple top cabinet members (Jeff Sessians, etc.), and Trump himself.

That was all bullshit and now he is stuck trying to walk that fine line of being called out on that bullshit and being caught in the Russian scheme.

And, of course a week ago, Trump boasted about having the best memory ever after the calling of the dead military family story broke, and yet today he cannot remember what was said in that meeting that he said he never had until the photo surfaced.

That is the other thing people must remember, we only know what he is getting caught at. If there was one or two or 8 meetings we know about, there are more that we do not know about. I say that because another talking point now is that he only had one meeting about Russia (again, because they were caught red handed since they denied any meetings about Russia until now) when they said they had none leading up to this week.

And, part of the defense too, is age old and also so calculated. He and people like him will literally try to ruin the life and reputation of anyone just for their own ego (although now it seems like it's a struggle for existence).

Look at how he brought up Hillary and the Democratic Party saying they somehow colluded with Russia. Trump is being accused of something and so what does he do like clock work? He turns the table blaming Hillary of all people, and the Dem's.

Now mind you that Hillary is not even a candidate and nor will she ever be one again and we are for some odd reason being directed at Hillary (not really because it is calculated red meat to say the word Hillary to his people). She is technically a private citizen like you and I which is another scary issue. Only authoritarians and autocrats act that way where they use their Presidential power to ensnare private citizens into legal issues.

That are fake BTW because there is no Russian Uranium and Hillary or The Dem's scandal.

He is lying and his people are lying for him.

Our POTUS is urging the DOJ maybe or wait a second because I am not even sure what Trump is trying to do by wanting whomever to investigate her.

Oh man. There I go again. I am literally taking him literal when its a sham. That is the new shiny object we are supposed to look at which I said above here, is catering to his weird base that has no brains.

Hell, he even invented this fake committee with none other than Mr. Corrupt himself at the helm, Devin Nunez (who supposedly recused himself from having to do anything with regard to Russia, but anyway).

Trump literally said this Russian investigation is costing us taxpayers money as he starts another fake committee to investigate something that has been litigated 118 times and is relating to a law put through by a GOP driven congress.

The conspiracy was manifested by these crazy people that make no sense and that will cost us taxpayers money.

It is wild how much arrogance.

So now that spin is another weird one since if you do take it literal, in a sense it means that Hillary colluded with the Russian brass to lose the election.

This is a very specific line of defense when you just take what is being accused of you and turn it around to point at someone else. It is a tactic to muddy the waters and to confuse the poor souls that cannot use that brain of theirs to think.

The only thing that is crazy this time around is that when this type of an investigation is called for in this way, it is always directed at someone elected or in appointed office. This guy is doing it with a private citizen today. Besides, he manifested this entire line of defense in a 24 to 48 hour span of time. I mentioned the radio silence. This was all calculated. That is when it was planned.

And again, it is so reckless.

Anyway, so the counts on Manafort and Gates were pretty deep into things that I never thought would be part of the case. And, I guess there was a statute of limitations in play, hence the immediate need to indict. Therefore, more counts could be raised in future time.

Here is another  thing too that is being lost in the story. Wilbur Ross, Trump's United States Secretary of Commerce was the head of Cypress Bank which laundered that money for Manafort and/or for Gates.

Also, in a plea agreement with Papadopoulos, it says a campaign person urged him to deal with Russia to get what was referred to as 'dirt'. That campaign person was initially thought to be Manafort but it is that former Trump campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis, whom currently serves as the senior White House adviser to the Department of Agriculture.

Clovis is the person tied to Papadopoulos.

You have to piece this together adding in that every time anyone near Trump is asked about Russia in any way (including Russian salad dressing), they lie about it.

Not one time and i mean ever have they not.

Think about that alone. That wreaks of guilt in itself. You do NOT lie ever, let alone every time for no reason.

Therefore on march 24, 2016, Papadopoulos discussed meetings with a professor and a female National described initially as Putin's niece. That has since proven to not be true.

One week later is when that picture happened with the POTUS and with the Attorney General.

Then, about a month later on April 25th, Papadopoulos emailed the 'senior policy advisor' saying, "The Russian government has an open invitation by Putin for Mr. Trump to meet him when he is ready.

The next day on April 26th, the "Professor" tells Papadopoulos about "thousands of emails" containing "dirt" on Hillary Clinton after "high level Russian government officials."

On April 27th, Papadopoulos emailed that 'senior policy advisor' saying, "Have some interesting messages coming in from Moscow about a trip when the time is right."

On that same day, Papadopoulos sent another email to a 'high ranking campaign official' "To discuss Russia's interest in hosting Mr. Trump. Have been receiving a lot of calls over the last month about Putin wanting to host him and the team when the time is right."

On May 21st, Papadopoulos sent an email to Paul Manafort saying "Russia has been eager to meet Mr. Trump for quite some time and have been reaching out to me to discuss."

Manafort then forwarded that email saying "Let's discuss. We need someone to communicate that DT is not doing this [sic] trips. It should be someone low level in the campaign so as not to send any signal."

Fast forward to mid-June to mid-August in 2016, Papadopoulos pursued "off the record" meeting between campaign representatives & members of Putin's office.

And, of course on June 9th was that meeting with Don Jr., Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort, Rinat Akhmetshin, Rob Goldstone, that Russian Lawyer and one other Russian guy or maybe it was two more. That was the meeting Donald Trump himself orchestrated the lie on Airforce One for his son to use about adoptions or some sanction that proved to be untrue.

On August 15th, Papadopoulos said to the campaign supervisor for Trump that "I would encourage you" along with another foreign policy advisor to the Campaign "make the trip if it is feasible."

On January 27th of this year, Papadopoulos was interviewed by FBI agents "knowingly & willingly" made a false statement. This is what he was arrested for in July this year, just two days before the FBI raid on Paul Manafort's house. And, he pled guilty a few weeks ago on October 5th.

Remember that during that span of time, there was a complete turnaround with regard to accepting Russia. ASt the convention, it was in full mode. Also remember too, in July last year, they in no way thought they could win. I can safely say that they used whatever to throw against the way to see if it stuck. I also maintain that if Trump himself knew, which considering his micromanaging, he knew everything, but I could see him just blowing whatever off saying 'yeah, yeah, do whatever you need' to whomever at that time. I do NOT think that Trump himself is that diabolical. He is too in your face to be that smart and he just makes no bones about screwing anyone over in any which way. He never cared. Why would he care today?

This is by far the most recent criminal charges faced against anyone tied to a Presidential administration and campaign. It's been like 6 or 8 months and there are already guilty verdicts and pleas along with two indictments to people tied to the Trump campaign. One was the old campaign chairman for god's sakes. It does not get much higher than that position when it comes to running a campaign.

Also, the U.S. District Court for D.C. has four sealed cases in its docket with case numbers between Papadopoulos' (182) and Manafort's (201).

We know that Sam Clovis was brought into answer questions in front of a Grand Jury last week. It does seem like there could be more arrests soon. Or, there could be people 'singing' as they say or cooperating with the Government.

Especially, since they are under seal.

'This is only the beginning' Inside Mueller probe according to everyone on Morning Joe.

That Sarah Huckabee-Sanders woman is another reckless person. I may have said that but I am reiterating it today.

I heard her say this week that she was appalled by a media person for what she says was creating some fake narrative as she tries to push the Dem and Hillary people colluding with the Russians fake story.

It is not even normal.

Does she know how she sounds?

Whatever.

I like Ashley Parker. I am just letting you know.

She is such a great public speaker. You see her sizing up the question as it's being delivered to her and she has this patience about her that allows her to answer every question with heft. Plus, I love it when she laughs at either the question or what someone else just answered or when she is about to say something in reply. Do I have a crush on her for gods sakes. What is wrong with me?

Speaking of crushes, Katy Tur threw out an obscure Phish line this week and not only that, I also had the song on in the car. And it happens to be one of my favorite songs to see live and to hear for that matter. They shred it most times they play it.

She did fumble up it up stating that if Jake Sherman were there, he could have helped her through it which Katy, I will correct your Phish song lyrics and lines at any time:

Sand:
If you can heal the symptoms

But not affect the cause
It’s quite a bit like trying to heal
A gunshot wound with gauze
If you instead attempt to wrest
The pistol from the hand
Then i would not be able to
Equate my life with sand
Flowing through the hourglass
Pushing through the funnel
Turn once more while racing
All your siblings for the tunnel
Slide and let the silicone
Embrace you as you fall
Then bounce and land you let
Your brothers crush you to the wall
I would choose my own religion
And worship my own spirit
But if he ever preached to me
I wouldn’t want to hear it
I’d drop him, a forgotten god
Languishing in shame
And then if i hit stormy seas
I’d have myself to blame

Also on Tuesday this week, we had a terrorist attack near my old place in New York city. This guy was a total dick. What was unusual for me is the fact that he was taken in alive. It was done on behalf of ISIS and how proud they must be because after all, the dude ran his rental truck into a special needs bus critically injuring 1 to 3 people in it and counting the driver.

These people complain about collateral damage while I think even using that as part of the platform to attack us.

The Marathon is on Sunday and it must go on.

Over 2 million participants and attendees showed up for the Halloween parade that was held in the city later that night after the attack.

Did you see that press conference with Governor Cuomo, Mayer Bill BiBlasio, John Miller (not the same 'John Miller' that called the magazine on behalf of Trump) and this Police Chief guy? Holy shit are they real leaders. They were amazing and Cuomo should run in the 2020 election. He us ready and he would be great for the Dem's. Same with Cory Booker.

I am an Indy but I would like that Field if it started with Cuomo and Booker.

And one funny part was when John Miller was asked something and he just said 'I don't know' and walked back from the mic. it was the best. Those guys are strong leaders.

What else went down this week?

Chris Hayes said congrats to Carter Page for not getting indicted and he went on to say (to paraphrase) that he is either nuts or whatever he said about the content of what he said during that interview.

Next, I teared up three different times during this week's 'This is Us'. It was sort of a Halloween episode but what it really showed is them in three different era's and how her relationship started with the new hubby. Which freaks me out but still, some other things happened that made me cry if you will. At least we did not have to endure the sudden drug addiction which I was over fast. This was the real deal and again, many deep issues wrapped up into one episode.

Last, the final's started on the Challenge XXX which had the finalists fly to Argentina, however, Teej (T.J. Lavin) is not making the trip. The remaining players compete for the last spots in the million dollar final challenge. Jordan slammed into the ground pretty hard after parachuting from  what was 20K feet above the ground and whomever (maybe it was Jordan) said that was double the amount people usually parachute from. He is correct. You go up to maybe 13K tops when you parachute tandem. He walks it off though. Honestly, I have grown to like the guy. So does Cara Maria it turns out but in one respect, I of course want CT. He is one of my top players and then in another respect I would not mind to see Derrick win it. I was psyched to see him in the end and it was not really expected. I am not sure why because he is perfect for these types of things.

Anyway, I must take off to New Brunswick. Maryland is in town today. My friends have been up tailgating since 6AM. I just got back from Yoga and I did a few stomach exercises before I got antsy to finish this yup, and to bolt to meet up with everyone. Yesterday I had the best kickboxing class ever. I finally am able to hit the bag like madd. It felt so good and you can pound the hell out of it knowing your hands won't hurt. I cannot wait for next week's class.

And, then as you know, the Rams play in New Jersey also tomorrow at 1PM at that Met Life Stadium at the Meadowlands. I expect nothing less than a huge win tomorrow and as far as today, I am just really going to hang out with friends and to be outside for a few hours today. Maryland and Rutgers are playing for pride considering their 2-3 records.

Anyway, have fun and stay in touch this week.
