  1. Put everything in the food processor expect the bread crumb flakes.
  2. Pulse until everything is sticking together. You can pinch the mixture with your fingers to see if it holds together.
  3. Form 2 patties. Press each patty into bread crumb flakes.
  4. Fry in heated oil until golden.

  • Slice of onion, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 rolls (gluten-free if necessary)

Preparation

  1. Chop hearts of palm and dice celery and onions.
  2. Mix everything together and place on rolls.
