I thought they were done handing over animals for those people on those shows to kill them.
I get the name of the show is called is Survivor but come on now, they are not surviving squat. They are trying to win money. They should NOT be handed over animals for them to merely kill off and in this case, it was NOT like they were even starving for the need to eat food. It was a waste of a life. And, over what? A Game? Winning some money?
The bottom line is that Networks, Studios, Television shows or even Film Makers cannot be selectively handing over animals for people to kill them over some show or film they make.
I will say it again that it is a game. This is not a real survival situation. For instance, when someone got clubbed in the head in that same episode that aired last night, they had medics on the spot to fix up her bloody head. If someone was so malnutrition where they were about to die, trust me in saying that Mark Burnett and his crew would be there to save that person.
Eating that rooster or hen was honestly a luxury. And, ironically, they did it for the biggest tools birthday. That same guy sucks at challenges. He is a dim whit that does not deserve anything except to get voted the hell off that show two weeks ago. Let alone today.
Also honestly, I hate those people that did it. Especially that guy with the long hair. He is a total dick. I also hate that Hali chick whom is also a dick that is studying to be a lawyer (why is she a no collared person considering she wants to be a lawyer?) and why does she spell her name that way an not as Haley? Unless her name is pronounced like Hally.
Ironically too, they are/were the liberal bunch in this years group(s) (ie: one is/was the blue collar set of people, one is/was the white collar set of people and these are/were the no collared set of people) of people set on that Island or wherever the hell they are in this world. And look at how they act. At least when the blue collared people that eat scorpions after killing it and that chop the head of a snake just because it was set near their fire, is kind of expected from the likes of them. They peeled that skin off its body which made me gag (literally speaking, I almost yakked as I looked away from that scene).
In defense of the girt that I find to be the hottest (of course all of my ex girlfriend(s) and current friends that are girls cannot stand her but I love her) one out of everyone (but then again, I grew up seeing Grateful Dead shows and I see Phish shows, stereotypical here considering her mannerisms, her personality and her vocal pattern, she may as well be the types of girls that I see at every show), she did walk away from having to watch the other people kill it (the hen or rooster).
And low and behold, her god within herself rewarded her with an idol and without her even needing a clue to find it.
Regardless, it was just so unnecessary to kill it (rooster/hen). It unnecessary to kill anything in general but to do it because of game that wins whomever money, its not cool. It is beyond unnecessary to kill anything because of a TV show. Let alone one where the contestants and participants win a sum of money. That is NOT survival. That is winning money. You should not kill things as a way to play a game to make money.
I am contacting my partners from SAN (www.SustainableActionnetwork.org) with the hope we can get some law passed stopping it. Or, we need a petition to get the Network to stop acting this way. And, most of all, the Producers of the show should not want to act this way.
Let me be clear now because if somebody truly needs to survive an element they got themselves into and they need to eat something to really survive their death, more power to that person. This game of Survivor is a way to make money. This is extravagant and its stupid to act this way. Most of all, it was so unnecessary. They had been on that Island participating on that show for a mere 11 days. How starved could they be in that span of time and besides, they had a ton of food. They really needed to kill something to eat it which food everywhere and after a week? Come on now. That's not normal. Its not needed. No one was dying and no one should have been overly hungry, let alone starved to near death.
Besides, that dude that's Birthday it was that day, needs to lose weight. He should lay off the eating of roosters and hens.
Overall, I hope there are people that acting up about it. I have only contacting one person that did a petition about it years ago which again, I thought the show stopped allowing it. I remember one season opener they had to grab as much crap as possible on some boat. They then had to put it on some raft and this chicken or hen or rooster was in a cage while it was basically drowning because the raft was sinking. It could not get out of the cage. It was gasping for breathe. It was quite disturbing. I had spoken up about it back then and I do NOT think I saw them hand over chickens since then. Until last nights episode. They handed over live beings to be killed by people that really did not need to kill it to eat it as a way to survive some bad element. It certainly was death threatening. They killed it as a luxury for some douches birthday.
It was just so unnecessary. It should not be allowed on some game show. It should not be a part of anything where whomever wins a million bucks at the end (or whatever they win).
Winner winner, chicken dinner is the name of last nights episode. That was a sentence said by Charlie Sheen during his coke infused rant after leaving Two and A Half Man. That saying is actually quite funny when you hear it in that context and when it was used in that rant.
