Gun Safety Report & up to date gun violence and crime incidents, Don Lichterman post regarding it, a message from Julianne Moore, Parkland Dad Fred Guttenberg,Giffords PAC, Gun Sense Voter Make A Plan Tool and overall we must reject Racist, Anti-Semitic NRA on Election Day!

Make a plan before the Sunday at midnight deadline so you can be prepared to vote on Tuesday.

Thanks for making a plan to vote on Election Day most of all and it was funny because last week I let the Gun Safety report go because I did not feel it was worth bringing up these issues outside of letting whomever know what candidates vote what way with regard to gun safety issues.

Then boom. The Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting happens Dylan Roof style.

Ironically, I never cared about being Jewish and/or nor did I care about religion. However and considering its' culture and the fact that there are literally ONLY 1.5 million Jews in the world. And, that there is maybe 2% Jewish people in America however and/or yet, 50% of the hate crimes and racial related crimes worked by the DOJ (Department of Justice), are directed at Jewish people. Half of the racial threats and crimes in America are directed at Jews.

I did not know that until last night. And, honestly, that makes me proud to have grown up Jewish considering everyone hates Jews.

It is now a fight I want to be a part of because people killing others for the sake of it is weak.

Taking it upon oneself to play judge and jury so to speak before then deciding to randomly shoot at however many people using a gun with bullets is also totally weak.

Most of all, using guns and bullets in itself is very weak.

A real man and woman would either conquer whatever issue with their brains or if you want to be violent per se, a real man and a real woman uses their bear hands facing their foe.

Only a weak human stands there from afar just shooting people in random ways.

Ironically, there is no weaker way to deal than with a gun and a bullet. Let alone ones that can shoot up many people at the drop of ones dimes so to speak.

It is weak using guns and bullets.

People that need to kill other things with guns and bullets are pussies and again, are totally weak people. Real men and real women deal with whatever they want to kill face to face and again, with their bare hands. Only pussies stand from far away from whatever targets to just shoot anything without any real reason in its path and only pussies shoot at things without true reason.

I will say it again that knowing how many people hate me just for being born a Jew is invigorating and I welcome that fight.

I will walk proudly being a Jew now based on its culture.

I may not believe certain religious things used in certain ways but the culture and the battle to just gain some form of norm is what I love about life so let's rock. You watch the amount of people that will now want to walk proud to be Jewish just because people want to kill them for merely being born that way. This issue can only help in that regard because you watch, Judaism will rise in part because of this shooting in Pittsburgh.

That woman Bari Weiss was on Bill Maher and man did it really hit it home last night. It brought me to tears hearing her story and more honest talk here, hearing someone speak specifically about being part of that congregation as a kid and till now was really intense. It brought it home and all potential jokes that come via the Real Time show were on the back burner. Bill felt it too because he hugged her at the end. I think that came naturally.

And, to know that two of the people that were killed were basically not only main stays at the synagogue, but they were also the easiest targets on the planet standing at the front door which is obviously where the idiot started shooting.

Anyway, I have a lot more to get out about gun safety today.

The NRA is spending down to the wire — looking for races they can make a difference in down the stretch.

Just this week, they’ve spent $41,987 to beat the Democrat running for Congress in Kansas’ 2nd. $34,503 to beat the Democrat running for Congress in Iowa’s 3rd. $10,498 supporting the Republican in Iowa’s 1st, and the list goes on…We’ve fought this hard for two years now, and we can’t let them get an edge right at the end.

A Message from Julianne Moore:
Saturday's shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, PA is a reminder — a reminder that we need to take action and elect candidates who will put the lives of our families and communities first. And if we're going to do that, it's critical that we make a plan to vote in this election.

I can't overstate the importance of the upcoming midterm elections. Americans across the country are ready to throw out politicians who blindly follow the NRA, and replace them with Gun Sense Candidates. But if we're going to elect a Gun Sense Majority, and work to prevent tragedies like the shooting at Tree of Life Synagogue, then we need to make sure we vote on November 6. The best way to ensure you're prepared to vote on Election Day is to make a plan right now.

That's why I'm sharing this simple tool that will help you get ready for the big day. It's the Gun Sense Voter Make A Plan Tool — a tool that will help you identify your local Gun Sense Candidates, your nearest polling location, and when and how you'll vote. It's the next critical step you can take to ensure we win BIG on Election Day.

I've made my plan — I need you to make yours, too: Be sure to use the Gun Sense Voter Make A Plan Tool today, so you can be prepared to vote on Election Day.
We're getting closer and closer to Election Day and our chance to elect a Gun Sense Majority. There are Gun Sense Candidates running for office up and down the ballot, and they're committing to fight for gun safety. But if we're going to help them get elected, we need to make sure we're ready to vote on November 6. The best way to prepare is to plan with the Gun Sense Voter Make A Plan Tool.

Thanks for making your plan to vote.
