POST-WORKOUT SMOOTHIE WITH CASHEW BUTTER AND PISTACHIOS

- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 cup soy curd, silken tofu or strained soy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon erythritol (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon pistachios
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 1 passion fruit
- 1 banana sliced
- dried pink corn flowers
- daisies
PREPARATION
- Blend frozen bananas, cashew butter, soy curd and erythritol until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices, pistachios, pomegranate seeds, passion fruit, dried pink cornflowers and daisies.
